Delete Your SoundX Account

To request deletion of your SoundX account and associated data:

Open the SoundX app
Go to Profile → Delete Account
Confirm the deletion request

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.

What gets deleted: Your account profile, hearing test results, device pairing history, and app usage data – all data is deleted immediately, with no retention period.
